This workshop brings the concept of authentic leadership executive coaching into workshop format, taking executives on a journey to their authentic self as leader. Participants can expect to build legitimacy, make wiser decisions and enjoy better relationships by developing:

This workshop takes an innovative approach by extending diversity and inclusion into the space of personal identity. By working from the perspective of their own personal experience, each participant develops a deeper understanding of their beliefs, attitudes and behaviours as they apply to issues of diversity and inclusion. The workshop creates real diversity by celebrating individual authenticity.
We offer a range of mindfulness workshops including short introductory tasters, 8-week course, retreats and away-days. Participants learn what mindfulness is, how to build a regular mindfulness practice, the philosophy and the science behind mindfulness. Plenty of mindfulness practice forms the basis of all workshops and courses making them highly experiential.
Through his coaching and consulting practice The Authentic Life Company, Robert Hutchinson and associates bring a wealth of knowledge combined with a unique blend of the art and the science of mindfulness, ancient wisdom traditions, positive psychology and evolutionary neuroscience.
Robert brings a coaching approach to consulting along with many years of senior level corporate experience working in broadcast TV at the BBC, Channel 4 and The Discovery Channel. Robert is a Fellow of The Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (FRSA).
